I am launching a Facebook group for people who want to discover new and old classic-sounding jazz.

After performing here every Saturday night for two years, tonight is our last performance at the Warner Center Marriott in Los Angeles.

During my recent trip to Paris, I had a chance to meet the wonderful jazz singer Leslie Lewis and her husband, the pianist Gerald Hagan. They invited me to sit in at their show at Chez Papa jazz restaurant in the Saint-Germain district.

My recording of Jingle Bells made it into the top 10 of the Jango Internet Radio Holiday Song Contest 2016.

Fans have sent in picture of their copy of “A Jazzy Christmas,” showing how far the album has traveled all over the world.

I was invited to participate in the Johnny Holiday Christmas Show at the Cicada Club in downtown Los Angeles, an awesome Christmas show with various performers.

Tracks from the album “A Jazzy Christmas” are now being played on the Sirius XM Real Jazz Channel.

The album “A Jazzy Christmas” has been included in the Pandora catalog for internet radio play.

Today is the official release date for "A Jazzy Christmas" by Thisbe Vos. Thisbe went the crowd-funding route to bring this dream to disc and she also did something a bit unique in that those who participated in the crowd-funding effort received their CDs or downloads last year--a full year before the official release.

In late 2014 jazz singer Thisbe Vos recorded her first Christmas album, "A Jazzy Christmas", through crowd-funding, and made the CD available to those who contributed to the album. Being a big supporter of worthy crowd-funded projects, I signed up as a backer and received her CD fairly late in the holiday season, too late to give it much attention here, although it did make my Top 5 list, posted after Christmas.

Johnny Holiday invited me to perform at the Cicada Club during his May 2015 Johnny Holiday Spectacular show.

My song “House of Make Believe” just received an Honorable Mention in the Jazz Category of the 2014 International Songwriting Competition.

My band and I have entered upon a residence at the Warner Center Marriott in Los Angeles.
